  • Layout of the foundation and septic system as approved by local and state authorities. 4-bedroom septic system will be installed and constructed in accordance with the plan and Specifications as approved by the State of New Hampshire Water Supply and Pollution Control Commission. A copy of the septic design will be available to the Buyers at closing.

Seller reserves the right to establish the placement of the home, alter existing topography, determine tree removal, and establish all final grades on property. All selections must be finalized in accordance with the construction schedule, which is part of the contract. In the event that certain selections are not finalized in time to meet the schedule deadline, Seller reserves the right to select from standard selections.

It is imperative that the Onwer/Buyer notify Seller’s Agent regarding any special material orders as they may alter the schedule and the ultimate completion date.

Change Orders will be sued for any change to the original plans and specifications. All Change Orders need to be agreed upon in writing: including cost, additional time considerations, approximate dates when the work will begin and be completed. Signed by both parties and a check made payable to Currier Homes prior to completing the Change Order.

Model and Spec homes may be enhanced with upgraded items and should not be considered standard features for homes.
